ADMIN ASSISTANT

Bookkeeping

Monitoring and recording expenditures, creating spreadsheets, reporting expenses to an office manager. I am knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel.

Planning and scheduling

Planning events like board meetings and luncheons, researching vendor prices or inquiring about participants' availability, scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials.

Documentation

Helping office members with documentation, storing, organizing and managing files,  type, edit and proofread documents and taking a dictation or record the minutes of meetings.
